#1. Run Hardware and Device troubleshooter

  1. Firstly, search for Troubleshoot and open it. 
  2. Thereafter, go to the Hardware and devices and hit the Run the troubleshooter button.

  1. Initially, right-click on the Windows Start menu and select Device Manager.
  2. After that, locate and double-click on your Bluetooth keyboard.
  3. Then, the Properties window opens; simply navigate to Power Management.
