Updated on May 19, 2020: Today Xiaomi started rolling MIUI 11.0.12.0 Stable ROM for Mi 10 (Codename: umi) in Europe region with software version V11.0.12.0.QJBEUXM. Well, the update is based on Android 10. If you have not received this version on your device, you can manually download and install the update on Mi 10. The latest firmware update for Xiaomi Mi 10 brings the April 2020 Android Security Patch Level for the European variant. It mostly increases system security and offers some bug fixes as well. Check OTA Updates
The OTA update is rolling out in a phased manner and it may take some time to hit all the units completely. However, if you don’t want to wait further or haven’t received the OTA update notification for a while, you can manually check for software updates on your handset.
Just go to the phone Settings > About Phone > Software update. The system will search for any available updates. If available, simply download and install it. Alternatively, you can check the OTA update on your device via the Software Updater app.
Make sure to maintain at least 50% of battery juice and try to connect to the Wi-Fi network for faster & stable download.

Steps to Install MIUI Europe Stable ROM for Mi 10

Pre-Requirements:
- The mentioned ROM is exclusive for Xiaomi Mi 10.
- Keep your device charged up to 60% at least.
- Make sure to take a full backup of phone data.
- A PC/Laptop and a USB cable are required.
- Download all the required files and tools as well.
- Download the latest Xiaomi USB Driver on your Windows/Mac PC and Install it.
