Vivo has launched another upper mid-range camera-centric smartphone called Vivo V17 in November 2019. It has a new L-shaped rear camera setup with a punch-hole display along with good hardware specifications. It came with Android 9.0 Pie over Funtouch OS 9.2 out-of-the-box.
These days Android device users are prone to gain full control over the device subsystem to customize look & performance. If you’re one of the Vivo V17 users then you may be wondering whether you can unlock the bootloader, root, or install the custom ROM on Vivo V17.
Well, due to the open-source nature of Android OS, and its wide range of customizability options, it’ll quite easy for both developers & advanced users to unlock the device bootloader, flash custom recovery, flash custom firmware apart from rooting or flashing modules, etc. There are plenty of tools available in the market for Qualcomm devices that can also do the job for you but there are specific limitations too.
