Find your Graphics Card Information on Windows PC

First of all, Press the Windows + S key combination on your keyboard to open the Search bar.
Here, type System Information and click on the same.
In the System Information Window, expand the Components tab.
Now, click on Display.
Here, take a look at the Adapter Type and Adapter Description to find the information about your Graphics Card.
