In the camera department, the Xiaomi 14 Civic offers a triple rear camera setup co-engineered by Leica, featuring a 50-megapixel primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) and a Summilux lens, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 2x zoom, a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle shooter with a 120-degree field of view. For selfies, it is equipped with dual 32-megapixel front cameras.

Connectivity options on the Xiaomi 14 Civi include 5G, Wi-Fi 6, NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, Beidou, and a USB Type-C port.
