Motorola Moto E 2020 (codename: ginna) launched in June 2020. The phone came out of the box with Android 10 Q. Prerequisites

• Tested only on Moto E 2020 (ginna)
• First and foremost, create a complete device backup.
• Next time, enable USB Debugging on your Moto E 2020. This will make your device recognizable by your PC in ADB mode. So head over to Settings > About Phone > Tap on Build Number 7 times > Go back to Settings > System > Advanced > Developer Options > Enable USB Debugging.
