How to fix Disney plus login not working?
Login issues with Disney Plus are not uncommon since it’s a fairly new streaming service. And you might either be facing a login button issue or a simple unable to log in issue. We will see what we can do to fix both of these issues.
Reinstall the application:
Whether you are facing this issue on the Windows app, the iOS app, or the Android app, the first thing that you should try is reinstalling it. For Android users, open up the Google Play Store, search for Disney+, and open up the play store’s application page. Then tap on “Uninstall” to completely uninstall the application. Now close the play store and open it up again. Search for Disney+ again, and this time tap on “Install.” After the installation is done, give the application a try, and the chances are that you won’t face any login issues now.
Follow the same procedure to reinstall the application in both the Windows Store and the Apple App Store. If you cannot get rid of your problem even after this, try the next solution.
The login button does not function properly when you try to click it after accessing the page. But there is a trick for PC users. Scroll down a bit when you open up the site until you see the “Sign Up” option. Then click on the log-in button, and this time, it should let you click it.

Check for application update:

You should be able to easily update your Disney+ application by opening the application page on the Store Application of your OS. You will see an option that says “Update” if a new update for the application is rolled out. Just tap on it to update the application without any issues.

Do a Power cycle:
After trying everything mentioned above, if you are still facing login issues with your DIsney+ account, then try the power cycle procedure.
- Turn off the device you are using to stream Disney+ content.
- Turn off your modem and router, and even remove the power cord from the power socket.
- Wait for a couple of minutes, and then turn on your modem and router again.
- Then turn on your device, which you are using to stream the content, and connect it to your WiFi connection.
- Now access your Disney+ account, and you should not have any log in issues this time around.
