As an Xbox console user, you may not find a bunch of workarounds to resolve this specific issue, but we tried to put some possible troubleshooting methods below that might come in handy. Several affected Xbox console users did find the methods useful. So, without wasting any more time, let’s get into it. Sometimes issues with the outdated game patch version, outdated system firmware, system glitches on the console, etc., may trouble you a lot.

1. Go Offline Status

Make sure to go offline and try playing or launching the game again. Although it may take a couple of minutes to complete the process, at least it’s worth trying once.

Press the Xbox button on the controller.

Head over to the profile section (last option on the right side) > Select Profile & system.

Choose Settings > Select General.

Select Network Settings of your Xbox console > Choose to Go offline.

Once done, head to the game library and run the Crew Motorfest game again.

2. Check for Game Updates

Here, you can select your internal storage > Choose to Uninstall things.
You’ll be redirected to the Free up space screen, where you can remove any game or app. Simply select the Crew Motorfest game data that you wish to remove.
Finally, select Remove selected and reboot the console once completed.

5. Uninstall and Reinstall The Crew Motorfest

You can try uninstalling and reinstalling the game completely on your Xbox console to check if the problem is still bothering you. It may also be possible that your game files have become corrupted or missing. Therefore, try to reinstall the Crew Motorfest game on your console. To do that:

6. Reset the Console
