Also, this method is the same for all kinds of devices running on iOS. iOS 10.3 and earlier versions have a different method, and iOS 11 has a different method to delete saved passwords. We mentioned methods for all versions so that you can choose according to the iOS version of your device.

Firstly, open the Settings app of your iOS device. After that, look for the safari option and click on it. Inside the safari option, click on Passwords and Autofill.
Once you do this, you will see an option named saved passwords. Click on that option, and it will open the next scene.
On the next screen, you will see a list of all saved passwords. Click on the Edit option located in the top right corner to select and delete passwords. You need to enter your passcode to confirm the deletion.

First of all, open your settings app, and after that, click on Password and account option and at last choose Website and App Passwords option.
Before proceeding to the next screen, the phone will ask you for Face ID or Touch ID for security purposes. Once you enter Face ID or Touch ID, you will see all the saved passwords list with the websites.
To delete any website with a password swipe left, doing so will reveal a delete option. Click on that option to delete the saved details.
Also, if you want to delete multiple passwords, you can click on the edit button on the top right corner of the screen. After that, you can select multiple sites and delete them in one click.
