Method 1: Check if required permissions for the working of the app are given

Please make sure your Bluetooth is always ON, the internet connection is stable and the Dexcom app is running in the background and the app should not be killed when you clear your recent apps.

Steps to set the app to work in the background:

Low Power Mode (Settings App -> Battery -> Low Power Mode) needs to be Off.

Background App Refresh (Settings App -> Dexcom -> Background App Refresh needs to be ON.

Method 2: Make sure the app is updated to the latest version

One of the common reasons the Dexcom app suddenly stops working is because of the older version. Just pop the new update in and you are good to go.
