For PS4:

  • All you need to do is to restore the license in order to fix the issue completely.
  • To do this, go to the main menu on your PS4 > Settings > Account Management > Select Restore Licenses at the bottom of the screen.
  • Just wait for a couple of minutes and you’ll be good to go.
  • Next, go to the PlayStation Store > Search for Doom Eternal > Go to the DLC page > Select the “Free” Add-on > Hit “Add to cart”.

Keep in mind that the new DLC is not available for download. You just need to go back to the main game and the DLC will be available.

Additionally, Bethesda Support has suggested a way for the PS4 users to get the season pass for the Ancient Gods below.

For Xbox:

  • Go to My Games and Apps > Head over to Doom Eternal icon.
  • Press the Menu button > Go to Games > Add-ons.

  • Alternatively, you can go to the Xbox App Store > Search for Doom Eternal.
  • Then check for DLC under Games and Add-ons.
  • You can install it from there

For PC:

As of now, there is no possible fix available for the PC players. However, the Bethesda Support team is aware of this issue and they’re working on it.

Although the Steam users can log in to the Steam account via the web browser on their PC and then they can add the DLC package to the cart for checking out.
