Fix 1: Re-Enable the AutoPlay Toggle

  3. Now go to File > Save As and change the Save as type option to All Files. Name this file as test.reg and hit the Save button.

Fix 5: Using Shell Hardware Detection

The  Shell Hardware Detection manages the AutoPlay notifications on your Windows PC. If it is facing an issue or two, then it may hold back the AutoPlay pop-up dialog box. In that case, you could use the ShellHWDetection command to fix this issue. Here’s how:

  2. Then click on Run as Administrator.
