Fix 1: Force Stop Zoom app and Relaunch:
The Zoom app sometimes keeps crashing due to any minor issue or malfunction. The best possible solution here is to Force Stop Zoom and relaunch it to check the issue gets fixed. For doing so, follow these steps,
- Firstly, press Shift + CTRL + Esc altogether to launch the Task Manager.
- Inside the Task Manager window, select the Processes tab and select and right-click over the Zoom meetings from the list.
- Then click on the End task option from the drop-down menu.
- Once you close the app, after a few minutes, relaunch Zoom and check the issue is resolved or not.
Fix 2: Restart the system:
Sometimes simply restarting your system may help to resolve most of the minor issues. Although this trick looks very basic but it is very helpful in dealing with many issues, including app crashes as well. So, reboot your system and see if it works. For doing so, follow these steps,
- Firstly, right-click on the Windows button and select Shut down or sign-> Restart

- Once the system restarts, relaunch the Zoom app and check the said issue is resolved or not.
