Manually Check OTA Updates
Keep in mind that all the incremental OTA update roll-out always hit a limited number of units initially. Then the broader roll-out process starts and takes some time to arrive on all the units completely. So, it’s better to check for OTA updates manually to get notified.
In order to do that, go to the phone Settings > About Phone > Software update. Additionally, you can perform this task via the Software Updater app directly. If the software version is available, you can grab it.
Before downloading the OTA update, make sure to charge the phone battery up to 50% minimum and connect to a Wi-Fi network.
