Step 1 – Find your Product on the support page – First, you have to visit the official site of OnePlus and enter your smart TV model number and select it from the drop-down menu.
Step 2 – Download the Unzip File – On the support page, download the latest firmware on your system. Go to the download folder and right-click the folder, and select Extract All from the menu. Click on Extract from the pop-up dialog box.
Step 3 – Put the file on USB – Make the USB bootable, download the upgrade installation package, and rename the file to “update.zip”. Create folder name of Ota (make sure the folder name is case sensitive) in the root directory of U Disk and put the upgrade package in the Ota folder. The path of the upgrade package should be /Ota/update.zip.

Step 4 – Navigate to the Setting of the OnePlus TV U and click on the More setting. Then click on About after that system update.
Step 5 – Insert the pen drive to the OnePlus TV USB plug and click on Check for updates.
Step 6 – Wait for few moments till you get an option of Install Now. As it automatically selects the update file from the pen drive.
Step 7 – Restart the TV after installation complete.
