First of all, around level 20, you should have received a request on your map to help a man named Beckett. He is stuck and locked up in the Blood Eagle Prison at the Rollins Labor Camp. This camp is in between Mount Blair and Lewisburg on the South-Western edge of the West-Virginia map. You have to head on and clear out some Blood Eagles in prison. The prison building is inside the Giant Crane Camp, so you don’t need to clear all the buildings around. Once you enter the building, you will find Beckett, locked in a prison. His prison is on the third floor inside a crate.

Blood eagle army will hit hard on you. As it is a multiplayer game, you will also face fierce competition from higher level players who are involved in completing the quest. So you have to rush hard and get the keys and help out Beckett. You may need to log out and log in to a different server to complete the quest. When you are able to open the prison gate, Beckett will ask out for help to find out his gears. Since a jailbreak is never simple. Once out with him, kill the Blood Eagles, loot Beckett’s gear from a shack at the back.

How to Recruit Commander Daguerre?

Commander Daguerre is another such Allie that you get in Fallout 76: Wastelanders. You can get her as your Allie when you level up to 25. You can see her quest’s when you reach level 20, but in order to obtain, you must have attained a higher level. As this is an online multiplayer game, the number of players trying to complete this quest will be quiet high.

Commander Daguerre has crash-landed on the eastern edge of Appalachia. So you have to head toward that side of the map. Her ship is at The Mire around the East Ridge Lookout. Almost all the enemies you will face here will be above level 25 you will at least want yourself to be at level 30 to complete the quest.  And you also need decent equipment; otherwise, you might fail.

You need to get inside an Abandoned Bunker that you can see in your map, get inside and find Commander Daguerre injured beside a generator. You need to talk with her for a bit and tell her the news of the war. Then she will give you the task to grab her flight data recorder. The ship is in the south-west of Gulper Lagoon. Go that way and find the flight data recorder for her.

Once you are at the ship, you will have to fair for few minutes for the data to download. At that moment, you will see a group of Super Mutants come attacking you. However, the ship will provide a good cover. But you have to fight with them and plan an exit strategy with Commander Daguerre when you hear the beep sound. After that, she will ask for the data, and she will again ask you to obtain a decryption key from a nearby USSA Robot. You will see that on the map. As soon as you reach the marked location, you will have to attack Pandora. You can also talk to her, but she won’t hand over the key peacefully. Her face laser might melt you. You might equip Energy Armor or roll yourself with Power Armor to protect yourself.

Once you get the decryption keys, return back to Commander Daguerre. She will start working on her console. From here you can invite her to your camp. The main thing here is you need to build a command console for her to work. It won’t cost anything. Just pick up a location and make it down.
