Guide to Install Stock ROM using QFil
So that’s it guys, this was our take on How to Install Stock ROM on Moto G7 Power [Firmware Flash File]. We hope that you found this post useful. Let us know what do you guys think about it in the comments section down below.
I have the unlocked XT1955-5, which I’m using with a Verizon sim. In order for Verizon Wi-Fi calling to work, Verizon says I need their version of the phone. Can I use this tool to flash the Verizon XT1955-6 firmware? Or is there some incompatibility there? Thanks
The provided images are zip files. QFil cannot install these zip files. The installation guide provides no details in what we should do with the zip files in order to install them.
In consequence I tried to install the zip files with adb (adb sideload). Unfortunatelly all images fail with the message “E:footer is wrong … E:signature verification failed … E:error: 21”.
Can you please be more specific in how we can install the provided zip files?
