You will find the Smuggling Tunnels close to the Zarqwa Hydroelectric in the northern region of the Al Mazrah map. There are five openings to these tunnels used for smuggling. At coordinates “E3” on the map, the Smuggling Tunnels are found below a Stronghold.

There is a high possibility that this place is a stronghold, and the only way to get in is with a stronghold key. You can get the Stronghold key at a buy station or obtain it for free by eliminating a High Value Target on the Al Mazrah map. As you can expect, there are going to be a lot of NPCs guarding this stronghold and they are going to fight hard to keep you down.
