The save and configuration file is stored in your steam user account backup files. Ideally, you may edit this file and the game will act accordingly.

Usually, we install all our programs and games in the C folder. So assuming that your steam folder will be in C:\Program Files (x64)\Steam. But if you have installed your steam client in any other folder, the location will change.
