Sometimes electric and metal items may interfere with the signal of your Logitech G502 Hero mouse, and as a result, it may not work properly. Here what you can do is keep your mouse away from electric items such as cellular phones, other wireless mouse devices, and receivers.   1. I recently purchased a G502x plus mouse.
    After assigning the keys, i tested it on MS work to see if whose keys are typed when clicking the assigned mouse buttons. Everything works perfectly and thus it cant be the mouse but on any PS4 game it ignores any of those buttons.
    Since its not the mouse i cant even return it for another even though it advertises on the box and adds that its “the perfect 1st person gaming mouse” Wish i could figure this out.
