Download MIUI 12.0.1.0 Global Stable ROM for Mi Mix 2 [V12.0.1.0.PDEMIXM]

Updated on October 11, 2020: Today Xiaomi finally rolled the MIUI 12 for the Mi Mix 2 globally with software version V12.0.1.0.PDEMIXM. The update brings fresh new UI and features which improves the performance and usability.

The Chinese OEM Xiaomi started pushing MIUI 11.0.6.0 Global Stable ROM for Mi Mix 2 with software version V11.0.6.0.PDEMIXM. This update is still based on Android 9.0 Pie. If you have not received the update, then manually you can download and install the update by following the guide below along with download links and requirements.

The new MIUI 11.0.6.0 update (Android 9.0 Pie) for Mi Mix 2 is rolling out globally via OTA in a phased manner and will take a few days to appear on all the units. It brings the February 2020 Android Security Patch that fixes bugs and improves system security. Additionally, the update brings app vault and security optimization. If you want to install this update on your Mi Mix 2 (Codename: chiron) then you can either check for OTA updates or manually flash the firmware from the full step-by-step guide below.

Manually Check OTA Updates

Keep in mind that all the incremental OTA update roll-out always hit a limited number of units initially. Then the broader roll-out process starts and takes some time to arrive on all the units completely. So, it’s better to check for OTA updates manually to get notified.
