How to Convert MIUI 9 Chinese ROM to Global ROM on Redmi Pro.
Once you have downloaded the MIUI 9 for Redmi Pro, now you can convert the Chinese MIUI 9 ROM to MIUI 9 Global ROM on Redmi Pro just by following this simple guide below. To follow this guide, first of all, flash the complete ROM on your Redmi Pro smartphone by following the guide below. Once you have the Root on your device, simply change the build.prop by installing any Root File Manager on your device.
Open the Root Manager and After That, add this line at the end of build.prop:

Where you see “it” or “IT” it’s for Italy, so change them for your country.
