2016’s augmented reality (AR) mobile game Pokémon Go is still one of the best-in-class titles under the Pokémon franchise that has been developed and published by Niantic with Nintendo. Both Android and iOS mobile gamers can start their online role-playing gaming adventure to explore the world. 1. Reboot the Game

For Android:

Next, tap on My Apps & games > Check whether the Pokemon GO game update is available or not.
If the update is available, tap on the Update button, and wait for it to install.

You can also restart the device to apply changes.

For iOS:

Open the Apple App Store application on the iPhone.
Now, tap on the Profile Picture icon from the top-right corner.
Scroll down a bit to see which apps are available for update.
Check whether the Pokemon GO game update is on the list or not.
If the app is there, then make sure to tap on the Update button.
Wait for the installation process to complete.

4. Set Automatic Time and Date

The chances are high that somehow manual configuration of the time and date on your device might trigger multiple issues with daily incense not working. You can follow the steps below to set an automatic time & date on your handset.

For iOS:

Go to the Settings app > Tap on General.
Scroll down and tap on Date & Time > Turn On the Set Automatically option.
Make sure to set the correct timezone according to your country/region.
Then reboot the Pokemon GO game to check for the issue.

For Android:

Go to the Settings menu > Open the Date & Time option.
Set the Automatic Time & Date option > Make sure to Enable the Automatic Timezone option.
Once done, reboot the device to check for the issue.

5. Contact Pokemon GO Support
