  1. This did nothing and is a complete cop out. It’s clearly an issue in your side. You might as well have asked “Did you try turning it off and on again?”. Did that too, in case you’re curious.

  2. None of this helped I was only able to watch the new episode of demon slayer and not one other single show will load the orange circle just keeps spinning, I followed all the steps and it didn’t help at all I’m highly disappointed and please get this fixed asap….ps it doesn’t work on my ps4 or ps5 or my iPhone

  3. Everything mentioned is the basic steps. This is an ongoing issue I’m having and it’s only on my PS5. I have no issues with Crunchyroll on my mobile or Roku. Today, 4/16/2023, it crashed while I was in a middle of a show and it’s still down (4 hours and counting).

  4. For me just to watch one show at time I’ve been going to my crunchyroll pp on my phone and pressing play on the episode and when it starts pause it then go to the app on my game system , and click continue episode and it plays it

  5. crunchyroll just crshed right now watching a show it was fine just all of a sudden just oops something went wrong. restated my ps5 and my internet and still pops up.

  6. I can’t even start the APP. It just has some furry little animal with a bucket on its head and it says Oops! Something went wrong. With a button that says try again that does nothing by hitting it. And to think I’m paying for this.
