Roblox is an online video gaming platform and a game creation system developed by Roblox Corporation. It allows platform users to play and develop online games which seem good enough. However, plenty of players are experiencing the Roblox Advapi32 DLL Error while trying to launch the game platform, which becomes frustrating. Now, if you’re also one of the victims to encounter such an error, you can follow this troubleshooting guide to fix it.

If we take a quick look at the specific error message, it says “RobloxPlayerBeta.exe – Entry Point not found” which also mentions “The procedure entry point EventSetInformation could not be located in the dynamic link library ADVAPI32.dll”. Some players might also encounter the error notice saying, “This application failed to start because advapi32.dll was not found”. It becomes persistent enough to bother a lot of Roblox players, which can be frustrating.

1. Reboot the Gaming Device

You should try manually restarting the Roblox game and the specific gaming device to ensure there is no temporary glitch or cache data issue. Sometimes this kind of method might come in handy a lot.

2. Check for Roblox Updates

If you’re still running the outdated Graveyard Keeper game on your mobile device, it may cause compatibility issues. To simply update the app:

For Android:

Open the Google Play Store app > Tap on the hamburger menu icon.
Tap on My Apps & Games > Check for the Roblox game update if it’s available or not.
If so, tap on the Update button next to the app and wait for it to install.
Once done, make sure to open the Graveyard Keeper game, and check for the issue.

For iOS (iPhone):

Open the Apple App Store application on the iPhone.
Now, tap on the Profile Picture icon from the top-right corner.
Scroll down a bit to see which apps are available for update.
Check whether the Roblox game update is on the list or not.
Make sure to tap on the Update button.
Wait for the installation process to complete.

For PC:

Open Microsoft Store on the PC.
Go to Library > Click on Roblox from the left pane.
Steam will automatically search for the available update.
If there is an update available, click on Update.
Make sure to wait for some time until the update completes.
Once done, ensure to reboot the PC to apply changes.

For Xbox:

Go to the My Games and Apps section of your Dashboard menu.
Select Manage > Go to Updates.
Now, select the Roblox game update if available.
Press the A button on the controller to start it.

Please Note: It’s worth recommending going to the Settings page > Choose Systems > Select Updates to update your game automatically whenever the console is connected to the internet.
