Method 1: Change Backup Interval

  1. On your macOS Ventura, go to System Settings.
  2. Select General from the left-side menu.
  3. Tap on the Options button and change the Backup Interval to Manual.

By setting the Backup Interval to Manual, you can turn off Time Machine on your Apple computer running macOS Ventura.

Method 2: Using Control Center

  1. Open System Settings on your Mac.
  2. Select Control Center from the left-side menu.
  3. Click the drop-down next to Time Machine and select the Show in Menu Bar option.

Method 3: Using Terminal
