Poco M3 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 chipset, which is coupled with 4GB of RAM. It offers 64/128GB of onboard storage and has a dedicated microSD card slot. The phone comes with Android 10 MIUI 12 out of the box and is in line to receive the Android 11 update in the coming weeks. The Poco M3 sports a 6.53-inch 1080P LCD display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and 395 PPI density.
Talking about the cameras, the phone packs a triple-camera setup with a 48MP primary lens, 2MP depth, and 2MP macro camera. The phone has a mediocre camera performance and can capture 1080P@30fps. For selfies, the phone packs an 8MP lens. There is a dual speaker setup and the fingerprint scanner is mounted at the side of the device. Under the hood, the Poco M3 is juiced by a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 18W Fast Charging.

Update 3 (February 19, 2021)
Xiaomi Poco M3 in India started receiving the February 2021 security patch with software version V18.104.22.168.QJFINXM. The update is still based on Android 10.
Update 3 (January 14, 2021)
Today Xiaomi rolled the December 2020 security patch update for the Poco M3 globally. The update is based on Android 10 with software version V22.214.171.124.QJFMIXM.
Update 2 (December 10/11)
Xiaomi started rolling the November 2020 security patch to the device globally with software version V126.96.36.199.QJFMIXM.
Today Xiaomi rolled November 2020 security patch for Poco M3 in Europe with software version V188.8.131.52.QJFEUXM. This update is still based on Android 10. Check out the changelog:

Update 1 (November 27)
While there are signs that Xiaomi is working on an Android 11 update for the Poco M3, the device is picking up its first software update. Notably, the update is based on Android 10 and is live for users in Europe. It arrives with version number V184.108.40.206.QJFEUXM and improves system security and stability.
