4. Update Windows

An outdated Windows OS build can cause issues with the system stability and performance of the programs. To do that:

Now, locate the Microsoft Visual C++ program(s) in the list.
Select each program and click on Uninstall.

10. Perform a Clean Boot

Do the same steps for each program that has a higher startup impact.
Once done, make sure to restart your computer to apply changes.

11. Enable Windows Management Instrumentation Service
