  1. PC user here, I was also having this problem. I resolved it by disabling “Hardware Acceleration” This is done by right clicking anywhere near the top of your Spotify window and clicking on the tick next to where it says Hardware Acceleration. Spotify will need to restart after but it solved the problem for me.
