3. Go back to Settings -> Developer Option and Enable USB Debugging.
4. Now open the ADB and Fastboot folder on your PC, and press SHIFT KEY and Right Mouse to open the command window. 
5. Now type the command given below, to enter into recovery on Xiaomi Mi A1.

   adb reboot recovery

6. That’s it! Your phone will boot into recovery.
