SOLUTION SINCE THE BIOS WAS UPGRADED!
Under settings-system, enable the developer mode. From there enable “Show Advanced Update Channels” . This will make you be able to do some options in the same menu under “Beta participation”. The option I used to OS Update channel to was “Main” and Steam Client Update Channel to “Steam Deck Stable”.
This will change your OS Version to 3.5 and works with the upgraded bios.
