To change profile picture and name in Microsoft teams PC firstly, you need to Launch Microsoft team app or Microsoft teams web service.
Sign in to your account. There will be a profile icon on the top click on it, and it will open a menu. On that menu, you will see the edit profile option. Click on it.
A new popup will appear on your screen. Now there will be two options. First, Upload a picture and second remove the picture. Also, there will be a box to change your name on Microsoft teams.
You can change your name and Upload a picture of your choice from the same popup.

To change your profile picture and name on Android, firstly, you need to download the Android app of Microsoft teams.
