1. Check PSN Server Status
You can simply head over to the PlayStation Network Service Status page to check whether there is any server downtime or maintenance process ongoing or not.
Now, if there is an issue with the server then you should have to wait. There is nothing else to do from your side.
Otherwise, if in case, everything seems working at the PSN Service then check the next method.
2. Restart or Power Cycle your Router
It’s also recommended to either simply restart your Wi-Fi Router once which can definitely clear some of the system glitch or connectivity issues.
