Under the hood, we get the Google Tensor processor built on a 5nm manufacturing process. It is an octa-core processor with two Cortex-X1 cores clocked at 2.8 GHz, two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.25GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 1.80 GHz. For handling graphics-intensive tasks, we have the Mali-G78 MP20. The smartphone comes with stock Android 12 out of the box.

In optics, we get a dual camera setup at the rear and a single selfie camera at the front. The dual camera setup consists of a 12.2 MP primary sensor paired with an f/1.7 lens and a 12 MP ultrawide sensor paired with an f/2.2 lens. The selfie camera at the front is an 8 MP primary sensor paired with an f/2.0 lens. The front and back camera systems are limited to 1080p video recording.

The smartphone comes in a single storage variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. We also do not get a hybrid microSD slot for storage expansion. In terms of communications, we get Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/6e, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C 3.1. And for sensors, we get an under-display optical fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, and barometer. Powering it all is a 4410 mAh battery that can be topped up quickly using an 18W power adapter. The smartphone has three color options: Chalk, Charcoal, and Sage.

Try Holding Power Button

  • Unplug the device from the charger.
  • Turn on your PC and connect the phone to it.
  • Wait for around 15 minutes.
  • Remove and reconnect the cable within 10 seconds.
  • Now, you will see a battery icon or a red light on the phone. If you see a battery icon, then it means the device is powered off and charging. In case if you see a red light, then it means that the battery is fully discharged.
  • After it, charge your phone for a minimum of 30 minutes.
  • Try starting the device. 

Factory Reset 

If the issue has not been fixed, you can try a factory reset. You can do this by following the steps which are given below.

  • Press and hold the volume down and power button simultaneously when your mobile is switched off.
  • When you see an icon with a triangle and exclamation mark, release the buttons.
  • After it, if you see an exclamation icon and the words “No Command,” hold the power button, press the volume up button, and release both.
  • Go to the Factory reset option.
  • Press the power button on it.
  • Follow the on-screen instruction to perform the factory reset. 
  • After doing this, check whether the issue is resolved or not.

Visit Service Center

Even after implementing the steps which are mentioned above, then you have to visit the service center. This issue might be due to hardware problems. Therefore, visit the service center and tell them about the issue. After it, they will analyze the issue and will fix it.

  1. Phone just doesn’t turn on. It simply ran out of battery and when i got home to charge it, the charging icon appeared, but still was unable to power on. It has been a number of hours plugged in charging with the charging icon present. Nothing.
