SnowRunner is a driving simulation game developed by Saber Interactive and published by Focus Home Interactive. Since its release in April 2020, the game has seen high levels of engagement amongst lovers of off-road simulation games. The game has really powerful vehicles numbering up to 40 (with options to customize, unlock or upgrade) from which players can choose in order to complete missions in open environments with extreme conditions.
It can be quite stressful finding the locations of new and hidden vehicles in SnowRunner if you don’t know where to look. There are three major regions on the map in the game where players can find vehicles: Michigan (USA), Alaska (USA) and Taymyr (Russia). In this article, I’ll be focusing on how to find the Hummer H2 in SnowRunner.

The Only Hummer in SnowRunner
The Hummer H2 is the only Hummer available in SnowRunner, so why is it called the “H2”? The Hummer H2 is an upgrade to the Hummer H1 that debuted in American Wilds, the first expansion to Mudrunner (for which SnowRunner is a sequel).
The Hummer H2 is a sport utility truck (it’s actually called Hummer H2 SUT) that “combines the versatility of a military scout and the speed of a van”. Though it’s louder than many other vehicles in the game, it has a low fuel consumption rate and is suited for all terrains.
How to Find the Hummer H2 in SnowRunner
The Hummer H2 is located in the region of Alaska, in a place on the map called North Port. You need to drive to the point on the map where there is an outline of a vehicle which is, of course, up north. Go off-road so you can reduce the time it will take to get to your destination.
While driving through the depth of the snow, ensure to follow the pipeline, find your way around the trees that might cause obstructions and you should be closing in on the location of the Hummer H2.
After a short while, you will discover the spot where the drowned Hummer is located. You have to complete a task in order to retrieve the Hummer which is to bring out the car from the pond and take it to a parking lot.
Attach a winch to the Hummer and pull it. Do not pull it backwards as the Hummer is still running and will drive itself. So it is best to pull it with both cars backing each other.
The parking lot is quite far and you would have to tow the hummer back there. From the point where you retrieved the Hummer, find the nearest shortcut under the pipeline to get on the road through the map as this will ease your journey to the destination.
As much as you’re looking out for your vehicle, ensure the Hummer doesn’t get stuck while you’re at it. The destination at the parking lot is the Truck Services and that’s where you get to change into the Hummer that is now yours. Take it to the garage to repair and store the truck.
