First of all, make sure that the internet connection is working well and the iOS version is updated.

1. Quit Spotify App and Reboot your iPhone

Swipe up from the bottom of the home screen and pause to launch the app preview cards.
Now, swipe right or left to head over to the particular app preview cards.
Swipe up the Spotify app preview card to force close it.

Next, you need to reboot your iPhone.
