Fix 1: Disable Overlay

Turning off the overlay is the first step to solve the Dev error code 5523. Overlays are due to GeForce Experience, Discord, Bandicam, Overwatch, Fraps, and Game Bar. However, they are useful but not great if they impede your gameplay. If they hinder your gameplay, shutting them off is best.
