Firstly, you need to open your Discord app.

Now select Overlay from the menu located on the left under the App Settings section.
Now toggle ON the Enable in-game overlay option.
Then, click on the Games tab.
Choose the specific game that you want to disable the in-game overlay for.
Toggle Overlay off.
