The photo-sharing service was unable to access and sending posts/messages or even issues with the news feed as well. Not only the Instagram but also Facebook Messenger service was down at the similar time.

Most of the hit was done in the US, UK, and Europe regions according to the reported users. The outage report has been done by plenty of major US carrier users like Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, etc on Monday.
