Clean the receiver of iPhone

Turn up the volume

Check the Bluetooth

  • And then sleep/wake button at once until the Apple logo appears on the screen.

Erase All Content and Settings

  • Open the Settings app.
  • Go to General settings.
  • Scroll down and tap on Reset.
  • And finally, tap on Reset All Settings.
