Fix: Diablo 4 Stuck on Retrieving Hero List

Then press the Ctrl+Shift+Esc keys to open Task Manager.
Now, click the Processes tab > Select all Agent, Blizzard Battle.net desktop app, and game processes.

Next, make sure to head over to the folder containing the Battle.net directory:
Press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialogue box.
Type C:\ProgramData\ in the field and press Enter.
