    • Fire TV and Fire TV Stick: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications Hulu. Then, select both Clear Cache and Clear Data.
    • Nintendo Switch: From the Home menu, select System Settings > Data Management > Manage Save Data > Delete Save Data > select Hulu and confirm.
    • PlayStation 3: To delete the Hulu data, head to the Game tab from the XMB > scroll to Game Data Utility > highlight Hulu and press the triangle button > select Delete and confirm.
    • PlayStation 4/5: To clear the Hulu data, open the Settings menu from the top of the dashboard > select Storage > System Storage > Saved Data > highlight Hulu and press Options > select Delete.
    • Xbox 360: To clear the Hulu data, press the Guide button > Settings System Settings Storage Memory Unit > Games and Apps > Hulu > Delete > Yes. To clear the system cache, press the Guide button on your controller and go to Settings > System Settings > Storage. Highlight (but don’t select) a storage device, and then press Y on your controller for Device Options. On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.
    • Xbox One: From the Xbox home menu, select My Games and Apps > select Apps > highlight the Hulu tile > press the Menu button on your controller (three parallel lines) to bring up More options > select Manage App > clear the Saved data.

  7. Uninstall and Reinstall the Hulu app according to your device. To do so:
    • Android Phone: Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Applications > All > Hulu and press Uninstall. Turn off the device and let it sit for 1 minute. Turn it back on. Reinstall the Hulu app from the Google Play Store.
    • Apple TV: On the home menu, highlight the Hulu app > click and hold the Touch surface to enter wiggle mode. Press the Play/Pause button on your Apple TV remote > highlight the Delete option, and click the Touch surface to uninstall. Head to the Apple Store and reinstall the Hulu app.
    • Fire Tablet: Go to More > Applications > Installed Applications > select Hulu > tap Uninstall. Power-cycle your device by turning it off for 1 minute. Head to the Kindle Apps Store and reinstall Hulu.
    • Fire TV and Fire TV Stick: From the main menu sidebar, go to Settings > Applications > Hulu > Uninstall. Power-cycle your device by turning it off for 1 minute. Once complete, re-download the application by going to Search > enter “Hulu” > select the Hulu app > Download.
    • iOS: From your Home screen, tap and hold the Hulu app until it starts wiggling and a small X appears in its upper corner. Tap the app again and press Delete. Power-cycle your device by turning it off for 1 minute. Search for Hulu in the App Store and click on the cloud icon to re-download. Once the download is complete, tap Open to re-open Hulu.
    • LG TV (steps may vary on models): Press the Home/Smart button on your remote to bring up the main menu and select More Apps near the bottom-right corner. Hover the pointer over the Hulu app and click the upward-facing arrow above it. The app will move freely and an X will appear. Click on the X. Confirm the removal by clicking OK. To reinstall, open the LG Content Store from the More Apps menu. Choose Premium > Hulu > select Install.
    • Nintendo Switch: Go to System Settings > Manage Software > select “Hulu” and press Delete Software. Turn off the device and let it sit for 1 minute. Turn it back on. Download Hulu again from the Nintendo eShop.
    • PlayStation 3/4: Highlight the application, press the triangle button, and select Delete. Power-cycle your device by turning it off for 1 minute. Re-download the app from the PlayStation Store.
