Thanks for this. I opened regedit in Windows 11 and tried to navigate to the indicated location (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Ribbon). However, there was no folder titled “ribbon”.
Maybe that’s why I have no Recently Accessed Files/Folders showing up in my navigation pane. My Windows 11 is up to date and this is on a new computer.
What should I do? I find that I’m wasting too much time navigating around in Windows 11 without this.

No, it doesn’t work. In my settings, I have no such dropdown option “Quck Access” at all (in “Open File Explorer to:”). I can only see “This computer” “Start” “Personal” and some iCloud options. But no QuickAccess
