TikTok, which was formerly known as Musical.ly is a very famous short video sharing platform. Billions across the world use this platform to share their fun, quirky, and cringe videos. Well, recently the app has been facing a severe backlash by major economies like the United States, India, etc. due to its roots in China. India has already banned TikTok along with over 100 Chinese apps that include PUBG as well. The US is also on the verge of banning the app from their country. TikTok has also given rise to offensive videos, comments, chats, and profiles, that either hurt any person or community.
In this case, the best option is to either report the account or report the user account so that it could get banned. TikTok has some rules which do not allow it to post such offensive content. If the app filter does not delete the offensive content automatically, then users can report the account to get it permanently banned or delete the account from which it was posted. So, in this post, we will give you a complete guide on how you can report a user account in TikTok. With that being said, let us get straight into the article itself:

Whenever you come across any abusive content or offensive content on TikTok, then it is better to report the account so that, TikTok can take some action against it. This is the least a user can do in order to stop the hatred or offense reach out to more people. Any video that a user thinks is displaying abusive behavior, posting insulting or racist videos or comments, or violating any of the Community Guidelines, then you should immediately report it.

In the same way, you can also report a video or comment if you find them offensive or hurting your sentiments. Follow the steps below:
