A domain name server, aka DNS, is used to convert connectivity requests into a form that can easily be read by the machine. Each ISP provides its own DNS services. So, it might be the case that the DNS services that your ISP is offering have been slowed down. It can be the result of any maintenance work going on in the background with your internet service provider. Or it can also be caused by any ban implemented by the government. So, as a solution to it, ensures that nothing as such is happening in the background with the DNS provider. And if this is the case, it is recommended to change the DNS settings.

Fix 4: Download the Latest Update

As mentioned, YouTube is not specially designed for the PS5. But developers are constantly working to make the streaming platform compatible with the console. 1. Tried all of these ……..to no avail !
Thanks for putting it all together though.

Just to recap the error was not being able to broadcast until the phone was verified ….yet the phone was verified.

The one thing that changed it in the end after all of the above was tried , was going into the YouTube account online via a laptop.
Entering the Studio section (Create) and attempting to Go Live.
YouTube gives a window of 24 hours to enable/approve this function once you attempt to Go Live.
The ability to broadcast on the PS5 via YouTube became enabled before the 24 your period was completed.
    Problem solved.
