In case if your phone has currently outdated and you want to upgrade to latest Android Oreo, then here are the list of Lineage OS 15.0 and Lineage OS 15.1.

Lineage OS does still include various hardware-specific code, which is also slowly being open-sourced anyway.

Now you can flash the latest Lineage OS 15.1 on Galaxy Ace 3 by simply following the below guide. To Install this ROM on your phone, you need TWRP recovery. Follow this step to install TWRP recovery on Galaxy Ace 3.

PRE-REQUISITE:

  1. This will work on Galaxy Ace 3 (Don’t Try this on Any other device):
  2. Charge your phone up to 80% or 70%.
  3. You will lose the original ROM or any CUSTOM ROM if you already installed on your phone. So make sure to Backup your phone using TWRP before doing this step using TWRP or CWM or any Custom Recovery.
  4. You can also backup all your apps using Titanium Backup or you can Backup without any Root
  5. You must install TWRP or any Custom Recovery on your phone.

    I cannot flash the 15.1 Rom on my ACE3 LTE using the latest TWRP. It always says:
    “skipping MD5 check: no MD5 file found
    Warning: no file_contexts
    E3004: this package is for device: loganreltexx, logarnrelte,GT-S7275R,GT-S7275T; this device is .”

    (I previously used the 14.1 OS which worked fine except mobile data)

    I followed all instructions as described and tried multiple download mirrors for the zip. but always the same error..

    can you please help or give any suggestions?
