If none of the methods worked for you, then disable cache spot and cache sun shadows in the Modern Warfare II game to reduce crashes. To do so:

• Launch COD: MW2 > Go to “Settings”.
• Go to Graphics > Head over to Quality.
• Disable Cache Spot and Disable Cache Sun Shadows.
