Here we have provided the manual software updating process for the 18:9 aspect ratio display devices from Vivo.

• Perform Wipe data on your phone by just switching off your device, then press and hold the Power button + Volume Up button simultaneously until the Vivo logo appears.

• Select Stock Recovery mode by pressing the Volume Down button and enter it by pressing the Power button.

• Tap on Wipe data > select Wipe data again > enter the lock screen password (if any).
